Lurrento^® 10WP for Public Health and Household use only. Lurrento^® 10WP is a broad spectrum insecticide for use as a residual spray against adult vector mosquito of Public Health importance and control of mosquito, houseflies and cockroach.

Pentrofild^® 10WP is a highly effective public health insecticide for control of adult mosquito.

MODE OF ACTION:

• Unique kill by sodium channel modulation.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

• 62.5gm Pentrofild^® 10WP is to be mixed in 5 lit of water to cover 250 sq.mt.(25mg of a.i./sq.mt as per NVBDCP Recommendation)
• 62.5gm Pentrofild^® 10WP to be mixed with small quantity of water to make a paste, remaining water is then poured slowly and stirred vigorously to obtain a uniform suspension of 5 lit solution.

Trifont^ 50EC is organophosphate insecticide which is very effective for control of mosquito larvae.

MODE OF ACTION:

• It affects the central nervous system through inhibition of cholinesterase. In larva, this results in results in death before reaching the adult stage.

Salvedon^® 10 EC is recommended for mosquito larvae in both clean and polluted water control of larvae mosquitoes for public health.

MODE OF ACTION:

• Interferes with chitin synthesis in all larval stage of mosquitoes.
• It acts by ingestion & contact and causes abnormal endocuticular deposition and abortive moulting.
• Failure of cuticle to develop fully resulting into deformed pupae.

FEATURES:

• Salvedon^® 10 EC is a mosquito larvicide of the benzoyl urea family. It comes under IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) category of insecticide.

MODE OF ACTION:

• Trifont® GR produces sign & symptoms typical of chlolinesterase exposure, but mortality does not occur unless very large dose of the compound is administered.
• Trifont® GR acts as a contact poison. Once applied to breeding site, it spreads well within the water body and stays effective for one week.
